Recipe: Roasted (Sweet) Potato Wedges

ingredients: (sweet) potatoes olive oil salt black pepper preparation: preheat oven to 450°F Line cookie sheet pan with aluminum foil Cut the (sweet) potatoes into wedges (1/2-1 inch) Line cut wedges, skin side down on pan. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper Roast for 35-40 minutes, until tender and brown
