Recipe: Lily’s Homemade Granola

This is my version of a recipe I got from Dr. Julia Nordgren.

Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
½ c Unsalted Dry Toasted Pecan pieces (Trader Joe’s)
½ c Unsalted Dry Toasted sliced  almonds (Trader Joe’s)
½ c Unsweetened coconut chips (Trader Joe’s) [optional]
½ c Dried berry medley (Trader Joe’s) [optional]
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp agave syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg white

Preparation:
– Preheat oven to 300°F
– Using a fork mix all ingredients in a bowl
– Spread on a parchment line cookie pan
– Bake at 300 for 22 mins.
– Stir once in the middle of bake
– Let granola cool to room temp
– Store in an airtight container
