Recipe: Blondie Bars

These bars are just amazing

Dry Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups pecans halves/chopped
  • 6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Combine and mix flour and baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.
  • In a mixer bowl cream sugar and butter together
  • add one egg at a time and mix well
  • add vanilla
  • add dry  ingredients into wet mixture and mix. Do not  over mix.
  • When all is combined, add nuts & chocolate chips.
  • Pour mixture into a parchment paper lined pan 9 x 13” pan
